A Training session for Citizen Contact Center representatives regarding the services of the Online College Admission System (OCAS) and Higher Education Department was conducted by CCC - QA Supervisor Mr. Salman Tirmizi. The agents were briefed about different kinds of services offered regarding the teachers' transfers in colleges across Punjab.
