Mr. Ahmed Adeel Sarwar serves as Director (Human Resource) at the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), where he leads the Human Resource (HR) Wing and provides strategic and operational HR support across PITB’s diverse project portfolio.
His work focuses on strengthening workforce governance through digitization of HR policies, systems, and processes, improving transparency, efficiency, and accountability. He is currently leading the implementation of PITB’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to enable end-to-end workforce lifecycle management and real-time access to employee data.
With over 18 years of experience in Human Resource Management and HR Information Systems, Mr. Sarwar has previously served at leading institutions, including the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). He holds an MBA in Human Resources and brings extensive experience with enterprise platforms such as PeopleSoft and SAP.
