As part of the ICT initiatives taken by Punjab Emergency Services, PITB has developed a Rescue Cadet Corps (RCC) Mobile App to promote rescue and safety culture in Punjab. The App allows citizens to join the Rescue Scout Program by registering online. They can access online training materials and tutorials, take online exams and receive an online certification as well. The app will also notify Certified Scouts to assist in emergency incidents in their respective areas. Citizens can also register for hands-on training being held in multiple rescue stations across Punjab.
