The CPC project team conducted their 5th online training session for the Private Secretaries and Stenographers of 10 District Consumer Courts. The participants were given a brief demonstration of Case-Flow Management System, Online Complaint Registration Portal, and Mobile Application (Admin & User interfaces), which was followed by a QA session.
