A follow up meeting for establishing Punjab Board of Investment & Trade (PBIT) helpline by PITB’s Citizen Contact Center (CCC) was held at PBIT office Lahore. CEO PBIT Dr. Erfa Iqbal presided the meeting and reviewed CCC’s proposal while discussing it with CCC JD Ali Zeb. CEO PBIT was given a brief on the ecosystem of CRM and SMS, which will be used for given campaign. Both the departments agreed to work in close cooperation for future endeavors.
