PITB's CPC team conducted their first Online training session via Zoom for the implementation of CFMS at district level

After the successful implementation of CFMS (pilot run) at District Consumer Court & District Consumer Protection Council, Lahore and Gujranwala, PITB's CPC team conducted their first Online training session via Zoom for the implementation of CFMS at district level. The Assistant Director(s) of Directorate of Consumer Protection Council were given a demonstration of user dashboards of CFMS, Online Complaint Registration Portal, and Mobile Application (Admin & User interfaces), which was followed by a QA session. A similar training session was also held today for the Hon’ble Presiding Officers (District & Sessions Judge) of 10 District Consumer Courts.
