Citizen Contact Center (CCC) Team visited PHUD & Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency where they had a meeting with Additional Secretary Housing Mr. Zahid Sohail & DG- PHATA Mr. Zia Satti. The two parties discussed the setting up of a dedicated helpline for Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency. CCC Team gave a detailed brief on the services offered by CCC and discussed the way forward for the establishment of the department’s helpline.
