COO Punjab Board of Investment and Trade (PBIT) Jalal Hassan visited Citizen Contact Center (CCC) at PITB. Joint Director CCC Ali Zeb briefed him about the different functions of contact center and the entire ecosystem of Complaint Management System. Mr. Jalal Hassan also discussed the initiation of Helpline and Complaint management system for PBIT and agreed to collaborate with PITB in this regard.
