PITB’s Citizen Contact Center team led by JD Ali Zeb met Secretary Labour & HR Department Dr Ahmed Javed Qazi to discuss the establishment of a helpline for the department. CCC Team briefed about the services offered by CCC (Inbound, Outbound , Robo Calls, SMS and CRM) and how Citizen Contact Center – PITB can help the department be more efficient and responsive.
