PITB’s Citizen Contact Center team met GM Domestic Cricket

PITB’s Citizen Contact Center team led by JD Ali Zeb met GM Domestic Cricket Junaid Zia for a follow up meeting to set up PCB helpline. He reviewed the proposal of CCC and briefed the team on the services required on given platform . Mr. Zeb also explained the whole ecosystem of CRM and SMS which will be used for given campaign. Both the departments agreed to work in close cooperation for future endeavors.
