Deputy Director Human Rights & Minorities Affairs Department Muhammad Yousaf meet Citizen Contact Center team led by JD Ali Zeb.
The overall ecosystem of Complaints & Inquiries managed by the respective department was discussed and it was agreed that both the departments will work closely for automation of complaint process and activation of helpline for Human Rights & Minorities Affairs Department Punjab.
