A follow up meeting regarding the shifting of LWMC helpline “1139” to PITB was held in LWMC office Lahore. Sohaib Dar Head of Control Room – LWMC reviewed the proposal by Citizen Contact Center and briefed the team led by JD CCC Ali Zeb on this matter. The two parties also discussed the CRM and SMS campaigns of this helpline. Both the departments agreed to work closely on this to enhance citizen services through LWMC helpline.
