A training session regarding the helpline services for “Invest Punjab - Helpline & Online Portal” was conducted by Citizen Contact Center (CCC) in collaboration with Punjab Board of Investment and Trade (PBIT). The hands on training, attended by nominated focal persons from the concerned government departments, concluded with a Q&A session. Feedback was also gathered from the attendees to enhance user experience.
