Presenting a demo of the ‘Khidmat Apki Dehliz Per’ and ‘Karkardgi' Apps launched by CM Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar.
‘Khidmat Apki Dehliz Per,’ developed by PITB, is a citizen-centric app aims at addressing citizen concerns by allowing locals to lodge complaints and give feedback on complaint resolution.
‘Karkardgi App’ is an extension of ‘Khidmat Apki Dehliz Per’ and will facilitate in monitoring the performance of Assistant Commissioners ensuring timely action to alleviate citizen concerns.
