MD WASA Lahore Inaugurated the Digital CMS Developed by PITB

Managing Director (MD) WASA Lahore Zahid Aziz recently inaugurated the Digital Complaint Management System (CMS) developed by PITB. The complaints' status and escalation is displayed in the offices of MD and Deputy Managing Directors (DMDs).

In this regard, a meeting chaired by WASA DMD Finance, Administration & Revenue Muhammad Tanveer was held with PITB team at WASA head office to review the progress of CMS. WASA officials commended the efforts of PITB in digitizing the complaint mechanism to improve service delivery.
