PITB is executing the federal project titled ‘Crime Analytics & Smart Policing in Pakistan’ in collaboration with The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MOIT&T) under which PITB would roll out law and order software applications nationwide.
For deployment of different softwares under this project, PITB IT Operations team visited the Central Police Office (CPO) Karachi, Sindh, to extend its support in the automation of the Law & Order Department.
PITB Senior Programme Manager (SPM) Abrar-ul-Haq and Programme Manager (PM) Rai Rashid met the Director IT Sindh Police Ms. Tabassum Abbasi and her team. She lauded the efforts of PITB, MOIT&T, and Punjab Police in modernizing and digitizing Police Departments across Pakistan.
