PITB team conducted a training session for the field staff of Livestock and Dairy Development (L&DD) Department from across Punjab on Strengthening of Performance Management System (SPMS 9211 System).
The trainees will act as Master Trainers to operationalize the system in their respective districts. Representatives of PITB IT-Operations (IT-Ops) trained them on data uploading via Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) and SMS covering 400+ services.
The participants were also trained on a various features of SPMS 9211 System such as Supply Chain Management, Reporting and Analysis, Performance Monitoring, and Complaint Management.
Director Planning and Evaluation Livestock Dr. Muhammad Ashraf and Director Communication Livestock Dr. Asif Rafique were also present at the session.
