Punjab Information Tech Board (PITB) and Livestock & Dairy Development (L&DD) Department jointly conducted a training session for PITB Citizen Contact Center staff on complaint management related to SPMS 9211 System.
Farmers will be able to get guidance and complaint redressal through this service. A ticket will be issued against each registered query and complaint on 0800-09211 and pertinent service will be provided to the farmers at their doorstep.
