Strengthening of Performance Management System (SPMS 9211), implemented by PITB in collaboration with Livestock and Dairy Development Department (L&DDD), is operational across Punjab since June 25, 2021. The system is improving service delivery and enabling L&DDD field staff to provide various services to Livestock farmers regarding their welfare.
The documentation of service delivery through SPMS 9211 will help in analysis and give input for timely decision making.
