Government of the Punjab through Youth Affairs & Sports Department has a noble mandate to provide avenues for youth empowerment throughout the Province. It is cognizant of the fact that freelancing and e-Commerce is future of the youth of Pakistan and it is crucial to equip them with these necessary digital skills. Therefore, it has successfully rolled out several programs for the benefit of freelancers in Pakistan.
