Punjab government’s ‘Khidmat Apki Dehleez Par’ initiative aims at bridging the gap between citizens and the government to work together on the upkeep of residential localities through various activities like Municipal Services, Water and Sanitation, Plantation Drive, Law and Order, and Enforcement of Regulations. Besides ensuring timely complaints resolution, public feedback is also collected through the app to analyze the performance of the field officials.
