The senior management of PTCL had a meeting with Chairman PITB Azfar Manzoor regarding the expansion of e-Khidmat Center. The discussion focused on establishing e-Khidmat Maraakaz on Franchise Model in 5 major cities namely Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi and Gujranwala.
Additional Director General Citizen Facilitation Services (CFS) Muhammad Waseem Bhatti and Director Operations Rana Abid Mehmood were also present in the meeting. The two teams had a successful detailed strategic discussion regarding all the associated modalities.
