PITB has upgraded the website of Directorate of Consumer Protection Council to the latest version of CMS for security enhancement and updated features. The new design of the website adds to its aesthetics and usability. The website provides guidelines for consumers to file complaints before District Consumer Courts and has publically accessible information regarding the filed cases.
