In a meeting held between PITB and WASA Faisalabad Director Technical Muhammad Rafi, Deputy Directors and Assistant Director were briefed about various ICT interventions.
PITB representatives from IT- Operations (IT-Ops) and e-Governance teams gave live demonstration of the key initiatives like Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), e-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS), Job Portal, e-Procurement, Activity Monitoring System and Resolver's Mobile Application along with the updated status of Complaint Management System (CMS).
PITB IT-OPs JD Atif Hussain and SPM Irfan Chaudhry concluded the meeting by discussing the way forward. The WASA team was also given a tour of the Data Center and Citizen Contact Center.
