PITB has developed a customized e-Procurement System for the Irrigation Department Punjab. In this regard a training session was held for the Executive Engineers of Irrigation Department at the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) LUMS.
PITB Director Procurement Ata-ur-Rehman spoke about the need and benefits of the system while Program Manager Fahad Ali Khan gave a detailed demonstration of the dashboard to the attendees.
PITB powered e-Procurement System aims at automating the procurement processes ensuring ease of use, transparency, cost savings and standardisation.
