The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) representatives comprising Senior Technical Advisor State Citizen Dialogue Atif Mohammad, Advisor Outreach and Public Dialogue Iftikhar Khan and Nur Maria along with a team from Punjab Information Commission, presided by Justice (R) Mehboob Qadir Shah, visited PITB.
JD Citizen Contact Center (CCC) Ali Zeb briefed them on CCC operated public department helplines, the complaint management system and discussed various areas of collaboration.
