PITB officials and WASA Gujranwala MD Amir Saleem held a meeting regarding the billing system to be implemented at WASA office. WASA Director (Admin, Finance & Revenue) Rana Maqsood and WASA deputy directors were also present in the meeting.
PITB IT-Operations Program Manager Rabia Tariq discussed the scope of the system to be implemented and proposed solution for developing a secure and efficient billing system. The Complaint Management System was also discussed during the meeting. WASA MD showed keen interest in the proposed concept and discussed the way forward.
