PITB’s Citizen Contact Center Project Director Ali Zeb and team visited the newly appointed CEO of Punjab Board of Investment & Trade (PBIT) Ahmer Malik. PD Ali Zeb briefed him on Punjab Ease Helpline and Portal for the investors established by PITB. CEO PBIT appreciated PITB’s support and discussed ideas to enhance the user experience through this facility.
