PITB representatives from IT Operations team attended a meeting chaired by Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA) Director General (DG) Kamran Lashari to discuss complete digitization/computerization of various systems for WCLA.
The IT Ops team briefed the WCLA management on how their existing manual systems could be improved with digitization of processes. PITB team also proposed implementing e-Ticketing at Lahore Fort & other tourist sites and digitization of HR and payroll systems as part of the larger Management Information System.
WCLA DG Kamran Lashari directed his team to extend full support to the PITB team in the digitization of WCLA.
