e-Khidmat Centers, established by PITB across Punjab, help citizens with the aggregation of multiple services under one roof. Services include domiciles, birth/death certificates, marriage/divorce certificates, NADRA verification, land registrations, vehicle registration etc. These facilitation centers have significantly improved the quality of service delivery with greater focus on transparency and accountability.
