e-Khidmat Centers, established by PITB across Punjab, help citizens with the provision of multiple services under one roof. Services include Domiciles, Birth/Death Certificates, Marriage/Divorce Certificates, NADRA Verification, Land Registration, Vehicle Registration etc. These facilitation centers have significantly improved citizen convenience, quality of service delivery with greater focus on transparency and accountability.
Additionally, the app enables citizens to book an appointment in advance for any of services offered at e-Khidmat Center eliminating waiting time. The app also gives detailed information about the services and guidelines on how to avail them. Citizens can also track their application and register complaints through the app.
