PITB team and MD WASA Gujranwala Amir Aziz held a meeting regarding the Complaint Management System to be implemented at WASA head office. WASA Director Admin, Finance & Revenue Amer Saleem and WASA Deputy Directors were also present in the meeting.
PITB IT-Operations Program Managers Rabia Tariq and Umar Mumtaz discussed the scope of the system to be implemented and proposed a solution for developing a secure and efficient system. WASA MD showed keen interest in the proposed concept and discussed the way forward.
