PITB and Faysal Bank Limited (FBL) signed an MoU to facilitate freelancers across Pakistan. According to the MoU, FBL would provide the Digital Freelancer Account to existing and to-be PITB Freelancing Wing Graduates. In addition, FBL will also support the PITB organized events related to digital technology, youth empowerment and freelancing ecosystem.
The MoU was signed by PITB DG e-Governance Sajid Latif and FBL Corporate Investment Banking Group (CIBG) Head Ali Waqar on behalf of their respective organizations.
Senior officials including PITB’s JD Freelancing wing Ahmad Islam Syan, State Bank of Pakistan’s Development Finance Division (Senior Officer) Ali Atta and Payoneer Country Head Mohsin Muzaffar were also present.
