A delegation from Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan, presided by Director Revenue WASA Mansoor Ahmad, visited PITB to get acquainted with PITB’s ICT interventions.
PITB IT Operations Director Atif Hussain briefed them on key IT initiatives rolled out across Punjab. JD Usman Waheed and Program Manager Rabia Tariq gave a detailed presentation on PITB developed systems including the Billing System, e-Pay Punjab and enhancement on Complaint Management System.
The delegation showed keen interest in implementing the systems in WASA Multan and thanked PITB for extending its support.
