PITB JD Ali Zeb along with the team met NBP Senior Vice President & Wing Head Digital Banking Farhan Durrani to discuss the services offered by PITB’s Citizen Contact Center (CCC). Senior Program Manager Ashfaq Tiwana gave a presentation on the scope of CCC wing. A discussion was also held on establishing NBP Collection Booths in PITB’s Citizen Facilitation Centers. In addition, setting up of the helpline for NPB was also discussed.
