PITB representatives from IT-Operations (IT-Ops) team organized a meeting with Industries, Commerce, Investment & Skills Development Department (ICI&SD) Director General Imran Hamid. Senior Program Manager Qaiser Shabbir briefed the ICI&SD delegation over upgradations in Qeemat Punjab Mobile App and gave live demo on Essential Commodities Management System (ECMS). The ICI&SD DG commended the efforts of PITB for digitizing Punjab. Qeemat Punjab App updates the district administration and citizens regarding government notified prices of commodities across the province. Meanwhile, the ECMS system enables producers, importers, suppliers, wholesalers and retailers to document details regarding essential commodities.
