A delegation from the British High Commission Islamabad visited PITB to acquaint aspiring entrepreneurs with the International Chevening Scholarship Programme. The delegation included Head Chevening Scholarship Programme – Pakistan Network Shahla Qayyum, Chevening Officer British High Commission Islamabad Nasir Alvi, Digital and Media Officer British High Commission Islamabad Aakash Ashraf and Chevening Alumni representative Hassan Shah.
The delegation also visited PITB’s entrepreneurship wing where JD Incubation Wing Hammad Bin Khalique and JD Freelance Wing Chaudhry Ahmad Islam gave detailed presentations on PITB’s initiatives aimed at the expansion of Pakistan’s entrepreneur ecosystem.
The Chevening Scholarship programme, funded by the UK government, provides a unique opportunity to future leaders, influencers and decision makers from worldover to develop professionally and academically.
The delegation lauded PITB for its efforts and showed keen interest in collaboration.
