PITB and Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal (SW&BM) held a meeting with NADRA to discuss the integration of Disabled Persons Management Information System (DPMIS) with the said organization.
SW&BM Director for Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PCRDP) Irfan Gondal briefed the participants about the initiative and the benefits of the one window operation of CNIC for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).
Additionally, PITB Director IT Muhammad Kashif Farooq discussed the importance of this integration as it would be helpful in acquiring real-time status of PWDs.
Overall the participants discussed the way forward to make the system convenient for PWDs.
