Director of Planning & Evaluation, Livestock & Dairy Development Department (L&DDD) Dr. Muhammad Ashraf chaired a working group meeting with PITB to discuss the 'Strengthening of Performance Management System' (SPMS 9211) digital reporting policy.
PITB IT-Operations team comprising Senior Program Manager Rana Umair and Program Managers Asif Qamar and Ali Jabbar briefed the attendees on the goals and benefits of digital reporting.
Overall the discussion focused on the optimal policy structure that will pave the way for completely switching from manual to digital reporting of the project. L&DDD officials including directors and doctors were also present in the meeting.
