As a part of end-to-end digitization process, PITB has integrated biometric attendance machines installed at eight Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI) hospitals with Hospital Management Information System (HMIS). The initiative aims at improving healthcare services delivery at PESSI hospitals through improved staff attendance. PITB and PESSI are collaborating for implementation of HMIS at 16 hospitals with the ultimate goal of facilitating PESSI registered workers.
