PITB, in collaboration with Food & Agriculture Organization of United Nation (FAO), conducted a field training session regarding the newly launched ‘Pakistan Animal Identification & Traceability System (PAITS).’
The field exercise was executed by PITB IT-Operations (IT-Ops) team and was attended by focal persons from across Pakistan. This was followed by presentations and discussions regarding the newly launched system that comprises a web portal and a mobile application.
The overall activity concluded with a keynote address by Project Coordinator FAO Dr. Muhammad Afzal, who appreciated PITB for the timely delivery of the project.
