PITB team visited ‘Mandi’ (Vegetable Market) to monitor the Online Auction System deployed through PITB developed Mandi Application and Agriculture Market Committee Portal across Punjab. The PITB representatives from IT Ops team including Project Director Ali Raza Kheiri and Joint Director Usman Waheed reviewed the entire process including arrival of trucks, online auctions, and market fee data entry into the system through the Mobile App. They also analyzed the challenges being faced by the users and recorded suggestions as to how the online auction activities could be improved.
