A four-day training on the upgraded e-Abiana system developed by PITB was held in Bhakkar and Sargodha circles and Dera Ghazi Khan zone. PITB IT-Ops Program Officer Muhammad Ali Mustafa gave a detailed training on the revamped module of e-Abiana to the divisional XENs, Deputy Collectors, Zilledars and Patwaris.
e-Abiana project was initiated by PITB in collaboration with Punjab Irrigation Department in 2021. Successfully operational in Punjab, e-Abiana has now been rebranded as the ‘Irrigation Revenue Collection System.’
