Punjab IT Minister Chairs Google Developer Student Clubs Summit 2022

Google Incorporation’s regional team organized All-Pakistan Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC) Summit at the Nishat Hotel, Emporium Mall, Lahore.
GDSC leads from universities across the country joined the summit and availed trainings & networking sessions.
Punjab Information Technology (IT) Minister Dr. Arslan Khalid was the chief guest on the occasion. PITB Director General e-Governance Sajid Latif also accompanied him.
In his address to the audience, Dr. Arslan Khalid appreciated the efforts of Google Pakistan for providing training and networking workshops for the young developer community. He also highlighted Punjab Government’s upcoming programme i.e. Digital Hunar 2.0 to empower the youth with high-end development and freelancing skills.
The audience gave a standing ovation on the exponential increase of female participation in tech domain. PITB Freelancing Wing Joint Director Ahmad Islam Syan was also present at the summit.
