PITB team visited Port Qasim in Karachi to evaluate the ongoing Imported Wheat Tracking System developed and deployed by PITB at the location.
PITB IT-Operations (IT-Ops) Program Manager Afnan Javed and Program Officer Abdul Moeed Ghauri assisted the users at the port in resolving their issues and also trained the department officials for a better understanding of the system.
Imported Wheat Tracking System is efficiently running its operations at the Port Qasim for end-to-end monitoring and tracking of wheat dispatched from the port to the Punjab Food Department warehouses across Punjab. The system also ensures transparency and effective procurement of the imported wheat by generating digital receipts.
