PITB and PSIC Hold a Seminar on ‘3rd Competitive Reinforcement Initiative (CRI)’ under Cluster Development Initiative

PITB in collaboration with Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) conducted an awareness seminar on ‘3rd Competitive Reinforcement Initiative (CRI)’ under the ‘Cluster Development Initiative (CDI).’
The purpose of the seminar was to familiarize the attendees with the purpose and benefits of e-Commerce. The participants included members from the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of the surgical cluster in the office of Surgical Manufacturers Association of Pakistan (SIMAP) Sialkot.
PITB Director Hammad Hasan Hamdani, Chairman SIMAP Yousaf Hassan Bajwa, Project Director CDI PSIC Tayyaba Kamal and Manager CDI (Surgical Instruments) PSIC Dr. Andeela Sehar Fatima discussed the way forward and different strategies for the selection of SMEs for e-Commerce adoption.
Members of SIMAP, representatives from Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry also attended the awareness seminar.
