PITB and Office of Administrator Jammu and Kashmir State Property Sign Agreement

PITB and Office of Administrator Jammu and Kashmir State Property signed an agreement for the digitization of Jammu and Kashmir state properties in Lahore using Geographic Information System (GIS) Technologies.
The agreement was signed by PITB IT-Operations (IT-Ops) Director Atif Hussain and Jammu and Kashmir State Property Administrator Bilal Aftab Ahmed Khichi on behalf of their respective organizations.
PITB IT-Ops Director Atif Hussain gave a brief on the salient features of the project and its purpose. As per the agreement PITB facilitated GIS and Drone Technology will help in the demarcation of the boundaries, identification of encroachments and the development of the Land Information System.
PITB GIS-Expert Ammar Ahmed, Admin Officer-Jammu & Kashmir State Property Muhammad Iqbal and other officials were also present at the ceremony.
