Directorate of Consumer Protection Council Holds Meeting With PITB

A meeting, chaired by Director Directorate of Consumer Protection Council (CPC) Mehmood Ahmed Bhatti, was held with PITB team from the IT-Operations wing to discuss the ongoing ICT interventions for the said department.
PITB Program Manager Saad Malik demonstrated the features of new iOS application developed for District Consumer Courts. This App aims at helping the citizens in registering complaints with the district consumer courts/authority. It also allows them to track the complaint status, check the availability of judges, view cause-list/court orders and other services.
