Senator Dr. Sania Nishtar paid a surprise visit to PITB established Citizen Contact Center (CCC) to have an overview of ‘Ehsaas Rashan Riayat Program (ERPP)’ helpline 080005050.
PITB Project Director Ali Zeb and team briefed her on the ongoing processes of ERRP helpline and shared the helpline’s statistics and analytical overview. Dr. Sania Nishtar also had an interactive session with the agents and reviewed the queries and insights regarding the beneficiaries and merchants concerns. She appreciated PITB for its support and the services provided by CCC.
