PITB held an exclusive session, prior to its official launch in Gujranwala district, to brief the stakeholders on the e-Stamping system. Presided by DG e-Governance Sajid Latif, who was accompanied by PITB e-Stamping JD Ali Mazhar, the event was especially attended by the Commissioner Gujranwala and DCO Gujranwala. Sajid Latif thanked the Commissioner and the DCO for their support and the stakeholders, including officers and officials of BOR, Finance Department, Bank of Punjab and State Bank of Pakistan. He appreciated the efforts of PITB e-Stamping team and thanked Chairman PITB Dr Umar Saif for his guidance and support. The system will start operating from today in district Gujranwala and shall soon be launched in other districts across Punjab.
